Data we process
When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we process the data you provide:
- Enquiry type
- Name and organisation
- Email address and, if provided, phone number and country
- The content of your message and any further correspondence
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser information) to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Business communication with organisations and their representatives, based on our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Operating and securing the website, based on our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: our website hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), our form processing provider (Formspree, Inc.), which delivers enquiry form submissions to us by email, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply. Technical access data is kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. In France, the supervisory authority is the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.
